Cut the pipe squarely and ream the inner and outer edges using the SPS pipe reamer for smooth insertion.
Insert the fitting into the pipe until it reaches the red plastic block. Check through inspection holes.
Select the correct jaw/module size and install it onto the pressing clamp tool securely.
Position the tool on the sleeve and close handles until touch points meet. Self-locked when complete.
Preheat the fusion machine to 210±5°C. Clean pipe and fitting thoroughly before heating.
First heat the pipe, then the fitting. Insert pipe into one side and fitting into the other side of mould.
Timing: 16mm-2s, 20mm-4s, 25mm-6s, 32mm-7s. Remove when time is reached.
Connect pipe vertically to fitting bottom without rotation. Cool under pressure to ambient temperature.
